I found the reception staff very cute upon arrival. the room we had (a beautiful family suite) was quite large. i also liked the cozy bar area. It was nice!). the breakfast buffet was a real treat, especially the fresh pastries.
the car park had a small fee (£3 per day).

the manager john was great. there were many people at the anniversary and food was really good. the venue is really good for birthdays, christenings, and weddings i would definitely book again.
i couldn't have a shower when i checked in because hot water wasn't running it was just cold water. i had to struggle to shower quickly and leave the bathroom the following morning. it happened again and no staff member was around.

The room was lovely and clean (i really liked the décor!). the staff were really helpful. They explained everything clearly. i especially loved the large car park, i could even see my car from the room window!
i found that there was no dressing table in the room, a bit inconvenient when i was getting ready.

The bar was new and featured a wide selection. breakfast was great. It was also presented beautifully. there were new carpets, tvs, and a new bed. it was great value.
the hotel lacked a hairdryer in the room, as it was unscrewed from the wall.
